You will have a wide range of opportunities to provide analytic and consulting support to various lines of business including Merchandise, Attractions, and Entertainment.
What You Will Do
Conduct Industrial Engineering analysis projects, particularly in operational planning support, workload planning and forecasting, capacity utilization, and efficiency / process improvements.
Ensure the appropriate methodology, measurements, tools and quantitative techniques (e.g. data collection, computer simulation, statistics, process flow analysis, etc.
are applied in projects.
Lead and participate in team efforts and work on projects which require interfacing with all levels of cast and management.
Required Qualifications & Skills
These are the minimum qualifications you need to be considered for this position :
Proven strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proven strong interpersonal skills.
Proven strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Willingness to learn new software applications.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior related work experience with a focus on problem-solving.
Education
Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s Industrial Engineering or equivalent program with an intended graduation date on or after August 2025.
Preferred Education
Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher as shown on a transcript.
Eligibility Requirements and Program Information
Must be enrolled in a college / university taking at least one class in the semester / quarter (spring / fall) prior to participation in the internship program OR must have graduated from a college / university within the past six (6) months.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must possess unrestricted work authorization.
Must not have completed one year of continual employment on a Disney internship or program.
Additional Information
Must provide full work availability for the duration of the term.
Must provide reliable transportation during the duration of the internship.
Must have valid US driver's license.
Program Length : The approximate dates of this internship are May 2025 August 2025. Interns must be fully available for the duration of the internship.

The pay rate for this role in CA is $30 per hour. Select benefits may be provided as part of the compensation package, such as medical, financial, and / or other benefits.
