Job Requirements :

• Age Requirement : Applicants must be 18 years or older .
• Certification : Must be certified in the State of California as a CNA.
• Valid Driver’s License & Reliable Insured Vehicle : Due to the nature of in-home care, a valid driver’s license and reliable insured vehicle are required.
• Fluency in English : Both written and oral fluency in English is required to ensure clear and effective communication with our clients.

Job Dites :

• Assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) : This includes helping with toileting, bathing, and dressing.
• Ambulation Support : Assisting patients with mobility using transfer belts.
• Basic Catheter Care : Ensuring proper catheter hygiene.
• Monitoring Vital Signs : Checking blood pressure, heart rate, and other vital signs.
• Transferring Patients : Safely moving patients from bed to wheelchair and vice versa.
• Assisting with Eating and Drinking : Helping patients with meal preparation and encouraging hydration.
• Transporting Seniors to Appointments : Driving and accompanying patients to medical appointments, errand and outings when needed.
• Housekeeping : Light cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a safe environment.
• Grocery Shopping : Helping patients create shopping lists and accompanying them to buy groceries.
• Additional duties may vary based on the clients individualized plan of care
