Job Overview :
We are seeking an accomplished bankruptcy attorney to become part of our dynamic and established office and firm. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience and ought to have an impressive academic record.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are imperative, and candidates must hold a valid law license to practice in one or more of the states where the firm operates.
Key Responsibilities :
- Providing legal representation for clients involved in bankruptcy proceedings
- Conducting comprehensive legal research and preparing an array of legal documents such as pleadings, motions, briefs, and more
- Offering expert counsel to clients regarding various bankruptcy matters
- Managing a caseload with minimal supervision
- Collaborating effectively with fellow attorneys and support staff on cases
Requirements :
- Must possess a valid law license to practice in one or more of the following states : New Jersey, New York, and Delaware
- Minimum 2 years of bankruptcy law experience
- Demonstrate exceptional academic credentials
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Prior litigation experience is advantageous but not mandatory
