- Provide specialized care : Treat patients according to the active plan of care provided by physicians and other healthcare professionals, ensuring optimal treatment outcomes.
- Administer medication with expertise : Take charge of administering prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies with precision and compassion, always ensuring patient comfort and safety.
- Thorough documentation : Document all activities, assessments, nursing actions, responses, and coordination of care meticulously, ensuring accurate and comprehensive patient records.
- Empower patients and families : Educate patients and families on the disease process, self-care techniques, and prevention strategies, fostering understanding and empowerment in managing their health effectively.
Job Description
- Treatment of infants, children, and / or adolescents according to the active plan of care, as given by the physician and other appropriate personnel
- Administration of prescribed medication, treatments and therapies
- Documents all activities, assessments, nursing actions, responses and coordination of care
- Educates the patient and family regarding the disease process, self-care techniques, and prevention strategies, and in meeting the patient's nursing needs.
Qualifications
RN Qualifications :
- Current Arizona Registered Nurse License is required.
- Active Nursing License in good standing (required)
- Attention to Detail

- Effective Problem-Solving and Conflict Resolution
- Good Organization and Effective Communication
- Home Health Experience (preferred)
LPN / LVN Qualifications :
- Current Arizona Licensed Practical Nurse License is required.
