We are looking for a motivated and driven Entry-Level Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. Ideal candidates will have sales experience and be willing to get licensed.
We offer a base salary plus commission, with annual earnings potential of over $100,000. The annual expectations include $50,000 in commissions and $20,000 in bonuses.

Responsibilities
- Build strong rapport with clients to foster lasting relationships.
- Conduct timely follow-ups to address client inquiries and concerns.
- Deliver engaging sales presentations to showcase product benefits.
- Participate in daily training sessions and ongoing development programs.
- Follow up on warm leads provided by the company.
- Provide comprehensive insurance education and guidance.
- Set and achieve sales targets within specified timeframes.
Requirement
- Licensing Requirements : You will be required to obtain a Property and Casualty License (if not already licensed).
- No previous insurance experience is required. Preferred candidate would have previous insurance experience.
