Job Description

Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and / or qualifications to be a paralegal by certification or education and work experience.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to identify problems and update or modify working methods that may be complex in own work area without the benefit of defined procedures.

Demonstrate leadership and coaching skills, e.g., peers routinely seek assistance or advice.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and high-volume workload, excellent organizational skills.

Operate with a high level of independent judgment.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Possess the highest ethical character, discretion, and judgment given the nature of the work and access to confidential and sensitive information.

General use application of theories, practices, procedures of the legal field and substantive areas of law

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Perform complex assignments requiring a wider application of principles, theories, and concepts.

What Will Give You a Competitive Edge (Preferred Qualifications)

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and / or qualifications to be a paralegal by certification or education and work experience.

Prior experience supporting advertising and marketing teams and familiarity with marketing law and regulatory guidelines is strongly preferred.
