Job Title : Customer Service Rep
Location : 100% Onsite
Hours : M-F 8am-5pm
Pay : $18-21 / hour
Job Duties :
- Managing emails and responding appropriately
- Perform follow-up calls to recent customers
- Answer incoming calls to provide information, schedule appointments and receive customer information
- Provide accurate cost estimates to customers
- Document the emails / calls in an appropriate manner
- Handle customer complaints and concerns while maintaining high customer satisfaction standards
Requirements :
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Looking for somebody that has great attention to detail
- One to two years of related experience
