Job Description
HOUSEKEEPER , Endicott House, to perform routine cleaning of all public areas, offices, meeting rooms, restrooms, and guestrooms.
- Will be responsible for the overall cleanliness of assigned guestrooms, public areas, and public restrooms; performing general cleaning of guestrooms, including the making / changing of beds, dusting, vacuuming, and cleaning bathrooms;
- removing used linen from rooms and washing, drying, and replacing linen; consistently striving to maintain department standards to enhance guest experiences;
interacting respectfully with guests; coordinating maintenance activities for guestrooms and public spaces; and performing other tasks as business dictates or as directed by the executive housekeeper.

Job Requirements
REQUIRED : high school diploma or its equivalent; strong communication skills; attention to detail; understanding of English and ability to follow directions and use good judgment;
ability to work both independently and as part of a team; and a commitment to excellence in guest service. PREFERRED : housekeeping or customer service experience and knowledge of a second language.
