Complete Description :
The Client is seeking a senior .NET Applications Developer who will be responsible for analyzing complex software requirements to design and develop high quality components for N-tier systems.
The Senior Developer is expected to take a lead role within the team, ensuring that programming best practices are being followed, prioritizing work effectively, addressing production issues in a timely manner, and writing system documentation when required.
The successful candidate should have strong communication skills to be effective in both technical and business requirement discussions.
Primary responsibilities include :
- Ability to develop applications and backend services using C#, MVC, Web API, Java Script, jQuery, Angular JS, and CSS.
- Design and develop using SQL Server to create proc / functions and tune as needed.
- Design and develop using appropriate software design patterns to attain high reusability and maintainability.
- Write effective unit tests and integration tests to ensure high quality software delivery.
- In-depth knowledge of system design patterns, tiered architecture, and testing practices.
- Understanding of key business processes and competitive strategies related to the IT function.
- Ability to plan and manage projects. Ability to solve complex problems by applying best practices.
- Ability to provide direction and mentor less experienced teammates.
- Work with project business and system analysts to clarify the requirements and then implement them.
- Participate in code reviews.
- Enforce standards and best practices.
- Participate in Agile SDLC.
Required Skills :
- 10 years C# experience developing custom .Net applications
- 10 years Web application development experience and fluency with JavaScript including frameworks jQuery, React, Angular or Blazor, CSS3 and HTML5
- 10 years’ Experience with and Entity Frameworks
- 10 years’ Experience with SQL Server Proc / Functions development and tuning
- 3 years’ Experience with Automated Builds using Microsoft Team Foundation Server
- 6 Years’ Experience with Process automation and troubleshooting
- 3 years’ Experience with Crystal Reports, SSRS and SSIS.
- 3 Years’s Experience with Design Patterns and using MVC framework, Dependency Injection Framework
- Experience with Agile SDLC best practices
Desired Skills :
- Experience developing with Azure
- Experience working on .NET / GIS projects
- Experience or working knowledge on Dynamics 365
- Experience working with Python scripting
