About the Position :

As a Nurse Practitioner Regional Traveler, embark on a mission where your workplace spans across multiple states. You are not just traveling;

you are bringing light and health to various communities, from urban to rural. In visits lasting up to an hour, you will dive deep into the lives of members, reviewing health statuses, medical histories, and social environments to unveil insights rarely captured in routine checks.

Responsibilities

What You Will Do :

  • Transform lives by performing detailed Adult / Geriatric Assessments, diagnosing, treating, and educating patients, coordinating care plans, and ensuring meticulous follow-up.
  • Engage in meaningful collaboration with medical professionals and families, enriching patient lives.
  • Connect and grow within our nationwide network of top-tier advanced practice providers.
  • Flex your skills across diverse settings, from home visits to digital consultations.

Nurse Practitioner - Full Time Regional Traveler - Home Risk Assessments

Type :

Full Time Permanent

Location :

Travel to homes, skilled nursing facilities, or assisted living facilities within in geographical region.

Workload :

  • Monday - Friday, Saturdays are optional
  • Full-time work week expected
  • Four weeks on followed by one week off

Salary :

  • $140,000 - $150,000 per year based on geographic location and experience
  • Enticing bonus opportunities

Licensing : Additional state licenses required based on business needs (Matrix will assist)

Qualifications

Who We Seek :

  • Passionate clinicians with a master's degree with 3 years of experience.
  • RN and NP licensure board certification in a recognized specialty.
  • A minimum of three years enriching lives as a Nurse Practitioner, supported by strong tech skills and communication prowess.
  • Current RN and NP licensure in state of practice to include prescription authority or the ability to obtain prescriptive authority.

In this role, expect to obtain 8-12 state licenses in the Region.

  • Resides within a reasonable drive to a major airport.
  • Board certified by the AANP, ANCC or the AACCN in a Matrix approved specialty.
  • Have a current BLS, ACLS or CPR certification.
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills with patients, clients, and colleagues.
  • Be comfortable and flexible with frequent change.

Travel Requirements :

For this role, candidates must travel for up to four weeks of travel, hold a valid driver's license and meet our automobile insurance standards.
