Description of Duties :
As an Oracle Business Analyst, the individual will analyze the requirements for the Oracle Cloud SaaS interaction with downstream applications and document the same in Functional Design Documents.
The person will also work with the technology expert to outline solutions as technical design documents. The Oracle Business Analyst will be the product owner for a set of interfaces that liaisons with various stakeholders.
Desired Skills and Experience :
MuleSoft and Boomi integrations are transferable experience for this position.
- Experience and skills with Oracle ERP Cloud and business process solutioning / implementation.
- Conduct thorough requirements analysis to identify customer needs and define the future state and / or business solution
- Design and optimize business processes and technical solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and synthesize information
- Provide detailed instructions on how the developed solution will be tested during the test stage of the program.
- Able to perform more varied and difficult tasks.
- Able to work in a collaborative team environment to obtain the best results.
- Work as a topmost trusted partner with aFit and the client.

Education :
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
