Construction Project Manager Duties & Responsibilities

  • Candidates will possess excellent functional knowledge of commercial construction.
  • Manage multiple multifamily, hospitality, education, and student housing projects simultaneously with budgets of $30M+
  • Work directly with sub-contractors to ensure projects are moving in a positive direction.
  • Oversee project from bid to completion.
  • Manage field personnel and subcontractors.
  • Work directly with clients and owners.
  • Maintain and monitor project budgets.

Construction Project Manager Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 to 8 years’ experience.
  • Experience with Multi-Family / Hospitality / Light Commercial Projects.
  • Construction related degree is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel on occasion.
  • Proven leadership and management skills.
  • Must enjoy a team atmosphere.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
