What You'll Do :

  • Partner with the Director of Nursing to shape the future of our senior living community.
  • Lead and motivate a team of nurses and nursing assistants, providing ongoing training, mentorship, and feedback.
  • Develop effective staffing plans, ensuring optimal coverage and resident satisfaction.
  • Champion resident-centered care, creating a nurturing and engaging environment.
  • Excel at problem-solving, ensuring smooth department operations.
  • Maintain meticulous compliance with all state and federal regulations.
  • Contribute to performance improvement initiatives for quality outcomes and resident satisfaction.

You'll Be a Great Fit If You Have :

  • Minimum of 2 years in geriatric nursing, with a strong understanding of senior care needs.
  • Proven medication administration skills and a commitment to safety.
  • At least 1 year of supervisory / management experience, showcasing effective leadership and team-building capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication skills to build rapport with residents, families, and staff.
  • A compassionate heart and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on the lives of seniors.
