RoleDescription
This is a fulltimeinoffice role for a Project Manager CivilEngineer. As a Project Manager Civil Engineer youwill be responsible for leading a team through planning design andother tasks about the project.
You will work closely with theproject team to ensure successful project delivery and clientsatisfaction. This role requires strong technical skills and theability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Responsibilities :

- Lead a team ofdesigners using ACAD and Civil 3D to create land developmentconstruction drawings.
- Fully understanding andbeing responsible for entitlement approvals and obtaining gradingpermits encroachment permits and
- Manageprojects (ie : HighDensity Residential Shopping Centers AutoDealerships Gas Stations Amusement Parks and QSR developments)production of civil engineering plans for QA / QC and is responsiblefor project budgets.
- Establish and overseedesign criteria while following general designstandards.
- Lead a team of associate and designengineers with and efficient and effective problemsolvingmanagement style.
- Establish project parametersthat ensure prompt and quality plans that are delivered ontime.
- Work directly with the Principal toproduce accurate and competitive proposals and businessdevelopment
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in CivilEngineering
- 5 years in LandDevelopment
- Client Project andTeam Management Skills
- No Sponsorship somegovernment work required must be USCitizen.
- Ability tomultitask
- Budget and FinancialPlanning
- Proficiency inAutoCAD
- EIT and ProfessionalEngineer (PE) licensepreferred
