- Greet / check-in / check-out clients;
- Answer multiple phone lines;
- Direct clients / pets into exam rooms;
- Make appts-Exams / Grooming / Boarding;
- Scan-in / Fax documents;
- Client education on care, pet foods;
- Promote services and wellness diets;
- Assist in keeping the hospital clean and presentable;
- Assist kennel technician during busy boarding season;
Assist technicians, when needed-Drawing up vaccinations, Nail trims; etc.
