Shift : Variable Days / 7 : 30 / 8-5 Mon-Thurs, 7 : 30 / 8 Friday, 8x5, 40hrs per week

Length : 13 weeks

On Call / Call-Back : 1 Weekend per month

Weekend : only for On- call

Requirements :

• MI PT license
• 1 year experience
• Master's Degree in Physical Therapy required
• AHA BLS
• Will accept new grads

Other details :

• Must live outside a 50 mile radius from facility
• Charting / Equipment : Epic EMR
• Unit Specific Skillset : Patient population : OP and IP mix, across lifespan peds through geriatric. Ortho (Post Op TKA, THA, TSA, etc), OP Neuro
• Unit Overview : Evaluates, treats, and plans patient care in accordance with Physical Therapy Standards of practice. Documents to meet regulatory and reimbursement requirements
• Scrub Colors : NA. Causal professional attire
