Manager, Project Manager
The Project Manager Creative Marketing is responsible for managing the creation and execution of innovative marketing campaigns, content, and collateral that drive brand success.
This role oversees project workflows, from estimation to delivery, ensuring alignment with brand goals. The Project Manager will work closely with creative teams, production, and marketing to deliver award-winning projects.

Role Responsibilities :
- Manage project estimation, scheduling, execution, and tracking across internal departments.
- Oversee the production of print and digital creative assets, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
- Coordinate with Account Executives on project status, timing, budgets, and resource availability.
- Ensure resources are allocated effectively and monitor resource bandwidth in collaboration with creative and production leads.
- Utilize Adobe Workfront to manage projects and ensure team-wide adoption and usage.
- Act as a quality assurance checkpoint to ensure project specifications and changes are met.
- Communicate project priorities, needs, and challenges to cross-functional teams.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
- 4+ years of relevant experience with a history of progressive career growth.
- 2+ years of experience managing print and digital collateral projects.
- Experience in a creative agency, media agency, or in-house agency.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Proficiency in Adobe Workfront or similar project management tools.
