Insurance Call Center Agent (Permanent)
Job Description :
- Assist customers with question regarding billing or policy changes via telephone calls
- Build and maintain effective relationships with customers and deliver exceptional service
- Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to multi-task effectively
Job Qualifications :
- Prior auto insurance experience is a plus, but not required
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent education required
- Upon getting hired, employees will be needed to obtain a state insurance license and meet continuing education requirements to maintain license*
Schedules Available (Friday-Saturdays OFF) :
- Monday-Thursday 2pm-9 : 30pm, Sunday 8am-3 : 30pm
- Monday-Thursday 2 : 30pm-10pm, Sunday 9am-4 : 30pm
Start Date : July 22nd
Location : Liberty Lake, WA - 100% Onsite
