Minimum Work Experience : Management either in front line or shift supervisory work.Recommend 2-3 years of recent experience in a healthcare setting.

Minimum Education : Completing the Nursing Diploma Program or an associate’s degree from an accredited school is required.

A bachelor’s degree is preferred. Licenses : Registered Nurse LicenseCertification : Basic Life Support (BLS) is required within 30 days of hire.

Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is required within 6 months of employment.Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) is required within 6 months of employment.
