Job Description :
We are looking for a motivated Personal Injury Attorney with 3-5 years of experience to join our Phoenix office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal injury law, including experience handling auto accidents, slip and falls, and other injury claims.
The attorney will be responsible for managing a caseload from intake through resolution, conducting client consultations, drafting legal documents, negotiating settlements, and representing clients in court.
Responsibilities :
- Manage a caseload of personal injury cases from inception to resolution.
- Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other court documents.
- Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel.
- Represent clients in depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings.
- Communicate effectively with clients, keeping them informed about their case status and legal options.
- Collaborate with a team of paralegals and support staff to ensure efficient case management.
Qualifications :
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active membership in the Arizona State Bar.
- 3-5 years of experience in personal injury law.
- Strong negotiation, litigation, and client communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple cases and work in a fast-paced environment.
