KPMG is currently seeking a Oracle Technical, Senior Specialist to join our Managed Services practice.

Responsibilities :

• Accountable for supporting a variety of post-production clients including enhancement and optimization initiatives, break / fix support, release management, new feature deployments, process improvement
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to resolve issues and deliver solutions including interactions with offshore team members
• Gather requirements from client users via KPMG requirements template and configure, test and support User Acceptance testing (UAT);

perform or assist with migration to PROD

• Conduct quarterly Release testing, where applicable, and support interface / integration testing
• Work in KPMG Service Now application for ticketing / documentation and communication

Qualifications :

• Minimum of three Oracle implementations and / or three years of recent post- production support; managerial experience is a plus but not required
• Bachelor’s or Associates degree from an accredited college / university Knowledge and experience supporting HCM and Financials applications
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Understanding of ITIL framework, ITSM and service desk management
• Experience in the following areas creating or modifying : OIC, OTBI, BIP Reports, SQL, FBDI, AFDI and Fast Formulas
• Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future
