ROLE DESCRIPTION :
Schillace Insurance Agency (Dominic Schillace State Farm) is seeking an outgoing, competitive and money-motivated person to aide our team in the growth of new customers.
As Insurance and Financial Services Position - State Farm Agent Team Member with our agency, dedication to hitting targets, helping customers, and sales-mindedness equip you for this versatile position.

RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with prospects and customers, as needed.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options (home, auto, business, life & health).
- Use exemplary communication to efficiently meet the needs of customers while promoting the development of our business.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Able to obtain Property and Casualty License
- Able to obtain a Life / Health License
- Able to achieve mutually agreed upon marketing goals
- Interested in marketing products and services based on customer needs
- Goal driven
- Team player
