Part time moving to full time as schedule dictates.

We are looking for a result driven assistant studio manager with excellent interpersonal skills to help manage sales and daily operations at our studio.
Do you have sales and management experience in the fitness industry? Stretch Zone is the pioneer in practitioner assisted stretching.
Our locations span across the country, and we continue to grow every day. If selected, the applicant must be able to complete two weeks of training where they will learn our modalities as well as how to manage a location.
Required Knowledge Skills and Abilities
At Stretch Zone, an assistant studio manager is responsible for communicating and demonstrating the benefits of practitioner assisted stretching.
As an AGM you will be engaging your surrounding community drive sales and build relationships.
Essential duties and responsibilities
- Maintain a personal commitment to meeting the needs of customers.
- Comply with the scheduling as directed by the General Manager, targeting 25+ sessions per week after initial training
- Always maintain a positive attitude when working with clients.
- Dress professionally according to current dress code standards as highlighted in the company handbook.
- Contribute to the team environment
- Clock-in and out as required in the handbook
- Responsible for maintaining proprietary stretching technique
- Provide ongoing onsite training for practitioners
- Responsible for membership retention of 70%
- Aid Studio with generating leads and appointments as directed
- Monitor daily sales activities
- Manage all employees at the studio in the GMs absence
- Responsible to manage lost sheep MIA clients along with Stretch Practitioner and Front Desk
- Participate and contribute to in offsite marketing events / pop ups per GM
- Manage offsite events as needed and help with marketing efforts anhave d special events
- Perform DEMO sales as needed with direction from GM 2+ appointments per day
- Helping maintain Studio appearance
Must be able to stretch clients without limitation.
Sales experience in the health and wellness field desired.
