1 : 1 Care
The Home Care Registered Nurse contributes to our Mission of Caring by providing compassionate direct patient care to our clients in their homes throughout Rhode Island.
The RN conducts day-to-day nursing activities, including assessment and education, to our clients in a one-on-one setting in their home.
The RN for Saint Elizabeth Home Care is a part of a cohesive and collaborative interdisciplinary team with ample administrative support.
Our RNs are equipped with point of care devices (iPad), as well as all necessary and requested medical equipment and supplies.
Qualifications for a Home Care RN :
- Current and valid RN license in Rhode Island.
- Current and valid CPR certification.
- Home care experience preferred.
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, automobile insurance
