00Close DateJob SummaryProvides routine office support and helps admin team set-up department wide seminars. Will receive training for file scanning, digital media creation, and digital content support & posting on the department website and social media accounts.

Position is renewable pending availability and satisfactory performance.ResponsibilitiesSupports admin staff in set-up of department seminars.

Creates fliers for weekly seminars.Reposts news stories on dept website and social media channels.Answers inquiries that may result in a search for records.

Gathers and and assembles data for reports.Maintains filing systems by determining the most appropriate filing category.Receives, sorts and distributes incoming and outgoing mail.
