Job Title : Partnership Tax Senior Manager
Location : Fort Lauderdale FL
Duration : 12months
- Job Description;
- Evaluate tax aspects of partnership agreements and manage IRC 704b accounts.
- Attract mentor and develop talented professionals within the team.
- Oversee multiple client engagements ensuring timely execution of tax projects across various industries.
- Provide innovative tax planning and compliance expertise focusing on quality and accuracy.
- Build and maintain client relationships identifying tax savings opportunities.
- Lead and support business development efforts including proposal development.
- Conduct research on Subchapter K partnership taxation and respond to inquiries from tax authorities.
- Maintain active communication with clients to manage expectations and enhance relationships.
- Mentor and train staff on tax projects and assess performance for yearend reviews.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Accounting.
- CPA required.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive tax compliance and consulting experience in public accounting or a combination of industry and public
accounting.
- Experience in partnership structuring entity formation and mergers & acquisitions is preferred.
- Strong analytical technical and tax accounting skills with proficiency in US GAAP and partnership returns.
- Exceptional client service and communication skills with a proven ability to maintain outstanding client relationships.
- Strong leadership business development and mentoring skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
Strong understanding of US GAAP and tax accounting principles.
