About the Role : Site Manager

As a Site Manager with Blueprint Schools Network, you will play a crucial role in implementing our educational math programs in schools across the Washington, DC area.

You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing a team of math tutors (Fellows), and collaborating with school leadership to ensure program success.

Your leadership will directly impact students’ lives by fostering a supportive learning environment that promotes growth and academic achievement.

Key Responsibilities :

• Program Implementation : Lead the execution of Blueprint’s educational programs, ensuring alignment with our mission and the specific needs of each school.
• Team Management : Supervise and support a team of tutors, providing supervision, evaluation, ongoing coaching, and professional development to enhance their instructional and professional skills.
• Collaboration : Work closely with school administrators, teachers, and stakeholders to develop strong partnerships and tailor our interventions to meet the unique needs of each student population.
• Data Analysis : Utilize student performance data to drive instructional strategies and interventions, continually assessing program effectiveness and making data-informed decisions.
• Operational Excellence : Ensure the efficient operation of the program site, managing logistics, resources, and communications to maintain a high standard of program delivery.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree preferred.
• Proficiency for math at assigned grade levels (middle school through Algebra I).
• Three or more years of math classroom teaching experience or directly relevant experience.
• Prior experience working with public and / or charter schools in the Washington, DC area.
• Ability to travel between program site locations within DC.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Passion for education equity and commitment to Blueprint’s mission.

Compensation and Benefits

Blueprint provides a competitive salary for this position. Salary Range : $69,500 (minimum) to $80,000 (maximum); salary placement within range will be based upon professional academic experience as it relates to the required knowledge, skills, and experience of the position.
