We are currently seeking a full-time Marketing Intern to join our Business Development, Marketing and Communications team at Rödl & Partner in Chicago, IL.
You will promote our corporate branding, design internal and external communications, and support various business development tasks.
You must be able to manage projects, multi-task, and communicate effectively. We are looking for someone who is organized, proactive, and results-oriented.
Responsibilities
- Assist in all Marketing / Business development efforts, plans, and strategies in alignment with the firm’s vision and culture.
- Maintain and enhance the firm's social media presence on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram (using Adobe Creative Suite and / or Canva).
- Produce content and design images for all marketing materials (e.g., PowerPoints) in accordance with the Corporate Standards.
- Create content and serve as part of the editorial team for the monthly internal newsletter.
- Database reconciliation.
- Business Development : Research potential targets.
- Upload content to the internal and external website.
- Support with administrative tasks e.g., take care of monthly business card order, roll over of 2023 documentation.
- Collaborate on projects with various teams and levels of management within the firm.
- Organize and assist in the implementation of Rödl & Partner events.
Required Qualifications
- 3.0 GPA minimum requirement.
- Suggested majors : Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Public Relations.
- Junior or Senior in a Bachelor's program or recent graduates.
- Experience with the Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), Canva, and Wave is preferred.
- Social Media Experience is preferred (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
