Acts Corporate University is currently seeking qualified candidates for the role of Corporate Training Manager.

In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Director of Learning and Development with employee development, and manage the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of training programs, as well as ongoing learning opportunities across the organization. Assist with conducting needs assessments, execute training, develop reinforcements, and measure effectiveness of delivered training programs.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements :

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum of two years' experience with training development
• Strong communication and presentation skills

Pay Range

$65,920.00 - $81,067.00 / year. Starting rate will vary based on skills and experience.
