Position Summary : We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth and identify new market opportunities.
This role involves developing and implementing strategies for new business, managing client relationships, and expanding the company’s market presence.
The ideal candidate possesses a strong background in sales, excellent interpersonal skills, and a proven track record of success in a competitive environment.
Key Responsibilities : Market Analysis and Strategy Development : Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer needs.
Develop and execute business strategies to meet revenue targets and expand market share. Identify, evaluate, and develop new business initiatives and partnerships.
Lead Generation and Sales : Proactively generate leads and convert them into long-term clients. Manage the sales process, from prospecting to negotiations and closing deals.
Track and analyze sales data to drive improvements in business development activities. Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and address any issues. Present sales performance and new initiatives to stakeholders and executive leadership.
Reporting and Forecasting : Prepare regular sales forecasts and reports for management. Maintain a clear and accurate CRM system to track progress and pipeline activities.
Key Skills and Qualifications : Experience : 5+ years in business development or sales, preferably in SAP . Sales Skills : Demonstrated success in lead generation, sales negotiations, and deal closing.
Analytical Abilities : Strong market analysis, strategic planning, and forecasting capabilities. Interpersonal Skills : Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
