Position :
We are seeking a Senior Control Engineer to join our talented team. This role offers the opportunity to lead and execute complex projects, utilizing your expertise in systems integration and proficiency in programming, particularly with Allen Bradley PLC systems.
Responsibilities :
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of control systems for industrial automation projects.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their technical requirements and translate them into robust control solutions.
- Utilize your expertise in systems integration to ensure seamless communication and interoperability between different automation components.
- Program PLC systems from scratch, with a strong preference for experience with Allen Bradley PLC platforms.
- Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and commissioning of control systems to ensure functionality and reliability.
- Provide technical support during project execution, including troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development within the team.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience (at least 5 years) in control engineering, with a focus on systems integration and PLC programming.
- Expertise in programming Allen Bradley PLC systems from scratch is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of industrial automation protocols and communication interfaces.
- Experience in designing and implementing HMI / SCADA systems is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and stakeholders.
