As a system medical director, you will be responsible for collaborating with the hospital and nursing leadership while offering support to your physician staff.

Details
- Collaborate with nursing leadership and hospital administration
- These sites have a combination of Emergency Medicine, Hospitalist Medicine, and Critical Care and OB service lines.
- Provide feedback to medical directors regarding KPIs including CMI, Discharge LOS, and hospital acquired infections.
- Supervise the clinical staff, per the bylaws, policies and procedures of the institution
- Represent USACS in the community and within the hospital medical staff
Salary
- Excellent compensation with an estimated employed W-2 base pay of $100,000 to $200,000 per year PLUS comprehensive USACS benefits, a 10% company-funded 401k and USACS ownership stock.
