Your knowledge of insurance products and industry trends equips you to communicate directly with clients, identify their needs, and market products or services that maximize value.

You may also assist in developing strategies and establishing quotas for our agency.

• Must be able to obtain both Property & Casualty and Life & Health Licenses
• Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
• Successful Track Record for Meeting Sales Goals Preferred
• Excellent Communication Skills Written, Verbal, and Auditory
• Self-Motivated
• Dedicated to customer service
• Able to effectively relate to a customer, answer their questions, and anticipate their needs
• Experience in various computer applications, particularly Windows

Hours : 8 : 30 AM 5 : 00 PM

Offices in : Lexington, KY

Compensation : $40,000-$80,000 Per Year

A message for Clint Conrad : I’m originally from Falmouth, KY and have proudly served my community as a second-generation State Farm Agent since 2013.

As risk managers, it’s our responsibility to teach our customers about coverage and gaps. Oftentimes, we see a lot of gaps around liability protection and life insurance that families don't tend to think about.

Outside of work, I enjoy hanging out with my family, staying active and tailgating for UK football games! My family loves being able to live in Lexington and supporting all our local businesses! I am a graduate of Western Kentucky University and a member of Phi Gamma Delta.
