The Gonzalez Law Group is seeking a full-time Personal Injury Attorney to join our Personal Injury Department. The Personal Injury Attorney must have a team mentality with a high desire to be a top courtroom litigator.

Salary is competitive and will be determined based on experience and education. This position presents a unique opportunity to join a dynamic practice and to quickly assume substantial responsibility under the guidance of experienced Personal Injury Attorneys.

Job duties include but are not limited to :

• Meet with potential clients
• Negotiate files with insurance adjusters
• Secure case evidence / communicate with clients, witnesses, insurance adjusters and providers
• Keep clients informed of case status effectively and professionally
• Document conversations and actions with our in-house case management system
• Timely review of client files
• Handle all litigation prep-work
• Initiate lawsuits
• Work on discovery as well as everything else involved with the litigation process in a timely and effective manner
• Litigate cases as needed
