We are a dynamic and growing agency with a strong commitment to our customers and our team members. We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Insurance Agency Manager / Producer to lead our team, drive sales growth, and manage client relationships.

Job Description : As the Insurance Agency Manager / Producer, you will play a crucial role in the success of our agency.

This position is a blend of management and production responsibilities, requiring both leadership and sales expertise. You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, leading a team of insurance agents, and actively producing new business while maintaining existing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead, manage, and mentor a team of insurance agents to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive new business growth and expand our client base.
  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the agency, including compliance, customer service, and sales.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and industry partners.
  • Analyze market trends and adjust strategies to stay competitive.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to team members.
  • Ensure the agency meets or exceeds all regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • Actively produce and service insurance policies, including auto, property, casualty and life.
  • Participate in community events and networking opportunities to enhance the agencys visibility and reputation.

Qualifications :

  • Proven experience in the insurance industry, with a strong track record of sales and management success.
  • State insurance licenses in Property & Casualty and Life & Health (or willingness to obtain).
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong sales acumen with the ability to generate new business and close deals.
  • In-depth knowledge of insurance products, services, and market trends.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in insurance agency management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
