Position Summary : We are looking for a detail-oriented Nursing Secretary to provide administrative support in the Wellness Department of a respected New Rochelle facility. This is a temporary position through Allpro, with the opportunity to apply for a full-time role at the facility based on performance.
Responsibilities :
- Support the Director of Health Services with daily operations
- Manage staff schedules and ensure shift coverage
- Process and track timesheets for nursing staff
- Communicate with staff, residents, and families
- Perform general administrative duties : filing, data entry, record maintenance
