RCPMS is seeking a highly organized self-starter with excellent communication skills for our open Full-Time Revenue Integrity Supervisor position in our Patient Financial Services Department.

Full-time hours are Monday-Friday 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm.

Location : Corporate Office in Kearny Mesa, San Diego

Under the direction of the Manager of Revenue Integrity and Analytics, the Supervisor of Revenue Integrity is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the charge entry, cash posting, and credit resolution teams. This role ensures accurate and timely processing of financial transactions and supports key functions related to denial prevention and resolution. The Supervisor will collaborate closely with internal teams to uphold compliance, optimize workflows, and contribute to revenue cycle performance improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities :

  • Supervises daily operations of charge entry, cash posting, and credit balance resolution.
  • Monitors team productivity and quality, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Coordinates with the Denials team to support root cause analysis and resolution strategies.
  • Identifies and escalates system or workflow issues impacting revenue integrity.
  • Assists in developing and implementing standard operating procedures.
  • Tracks and manages employee attendance and punctuality. Monitors the use of overtime and approves time off.
  • Provides informal and formal performance management including coaching, disciplinary actions, and performance evaluations to team members.

Requirements :

High school diploma or equivalent required. Additional training or certifications in healthcare billing, revenue cycle, or related areas are preferred.

  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle operations, including charge entry, payment posting, credit resolution, or denial management.
  • At least one (1) year of experience in a lead or supervisory role within a revenue cycle or billing environment.
  • Familiarity with Epic Resolute Professional Billing or similar systems is highly desirable.
  • Epic Resolute PB or Charge Router Certification preferred.
  • Certification in Revenue Cycle or Healthcare Financial Management (e.g., CRCR, HFMA) is a plus.
