- Support individuals diagnosed with an intellectual or developmental disability in behavioral skills development, basic living skills, socialization skills and integrating them into the community.

Pay Rates :
Morning Support weekday : $15.75-$17.00 per hour
Second shift weekday : $15.75-$17.75 per hour / Weekend : $16.75-$18.75 per hour

Requirements for the Direct Support Professional role :
- Must have proof of education (High School Diploma, GED, and / or Work-Keys Bronze Certificate) Starkey will assist you in completing the Work-Keys
- Be at least 17 years old
- Valid Driver's License for at least two years. (we may be able to accommodate, but not guaranteed)
- Pass drug and alcohol screenings
- Pass criminal background checks
- Availability for 2-4 weeks of training M-F 8 : 30am-5 : 00pm.
- ASL (American Sign Language) preferred.
