CNC Lathe Machinist

Pay Range : $20 - $30 per hour

Hours : Monday - Friday 7 : 00 AM - 3 : 30 PM

About the Role

As a CNC Lathe Machinist, you will play a critical role in producing high-quality, precision-machined parts that meet our rigorous standards and specifications.

Working in a structured environment, you’ll ensure that every product is crafted with exceptional attention to detail, resulting in consistent, defect-free outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently set up and operate CNC lathes, ensuring parts are completed within designated timeframes.
• Deliver first-pass success by producing high-quality, defect-free parts.
• Deburr machined parts to meet quality standards.
• Accurately document part production and ensure traceability of parts according to company standards.
• Bring a continuous improvement mindset.
• Collaborate effectively within a team to achieve production goals.
• Adhere to strict standards for machining, measurement, and documentation.

Candidate Requirements

• Proficiency in reading and interpreting part prints and technical drawings.
• Must own, or be willing to purchase, personal tools required for the role.
• Physical ability to stand, bend, twist, lift, kneel and walk for the entire shift.
• Ability to lift and carry parts weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Experience with micrometers, calipers, and other precision measuring tools.
• Strong commitment to quality, precision, and continuous improvement.
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to defined processes.
• Measure parts with micrometers, calipers and other measuring devices.
