Employment Type : Full-Time

Compensation : Hourly base rate plus the opportunity for an extra $1.00 / hr for working your full schedule

Position Overview : Responsible for performing a variety of tasks in the manufacturing environment. Job functions are subject to change depending on business needs.

Essential Job Functions :

• Overcast glove cuffs; Inspect finished gloves for flaws
• Turn gloves and double gloves when needed
• Operate machinery and equipment according to instructions
• Operate machinery for different operations when needed

Non-Essential Job Functions :

Training : Necessary training will be provided

Qualifications :

Education & Certifications : High School Diploma or GED preferred

Experience : No experience necessary, training will be provided

Key Competencies : Dependability, Initiative, Achievement Orientation, Analytical Thinking, Self Confidence, Team Player

Physical Requirements : Ability to handle and stack totes of gloves that may weigh 30-35 pounds; Standing for extended periods of time; Sitting for extended periods of time

Working Conditions : Plant environment with constant background noise
