TPM Manufacturing is a precision molding company located in Hopkins, MN. We have an opportunity within our warehouse operations (second or third shift).
This role will support production and inventory activities within our operations. If you like being on your feet, interacting with others, working with computers and operating forklifts, This role maybe something you are looking for.

Here are the details :
Support internal and external customers by supplying raw materials to the production floor, receiving finished goods into Epicor and maintaining inventory accuracy while keeping a clean and organized area.
WORK PERFORMED
- Accurately blend and issue specified virgin, regrind resins, inserts, concentrates and additives to production jobs per the DMI, following FIFO (First in First out)
- Accurately return specified virgin, regrind resins, inserts, concentrates and additives to production jobs per the DMI.
Label as required. Ensure that job closure form is filled out as required.
- Reprint Labels with accurate weights and quantities on ALL material and insert transactions.
- Combine regrind into gaylords
- Camshafts Must be removed from the pallet and placed onto metal tables.
- Receive finished goods from the production floor, wrap pallets, and label with receipt tag.
- Line clearance of finished goods and raw material returns must be complete by the end of your shift.
- Participate in physical inventory, and cycle counts per the process.
- Relay information to next shift 15 min prior to shift every day. What presses are running, any material and or inventory problems.
- Maintain work centers and warehouse areas in a clean and orderly manner at all times.
- Operate forklift and other material handling / warehouse equipment safely per certification. Fill out daily inspection forklift logs on each shift! Charge batteries and fill with water as required.
Report any damages to racking immediately to your supervisor and EHS specialist.
Other duties as may be assigned by supervisor.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION LEVEL
High school diploma / GED with ability to use simple arithmetic, read / write job language and English
JOB TRAINING & EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 6 months warehouse experience and current or prior certified forklift operator.
- SAP materials management and production planning functionality experience.
- Knowledge of material drying temperatures and moisture absorption rates, charge-out procedures and plastic resin characteristics (identification of unlabeled materials as to generic type)

- Physical exertions include : manually pushing / pulling pallet jacks (empty or loaded pallets), hand dollies, material carts / containers.
- Must be physically able to lift 55 pounds repeatedly.
- Continuous walking, standing with periods of sitting, climbing stairs, using ladders.
