You’ll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely

• from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. This remote position can be located anywhere in the U.
• S. but requires a pharmacist license in California. Schedule will be Monday-Friday, 8 : 30am-5 : 00pm Pacific time.Primary Responsibilities : Assesses medication regimen for indication, effectiveness, safety and complianceProvides patient-centered care that will improve clinical outcomes and reduce total cost of careCommunicates individualized care plans effectively with patients and healthcare providersSupports patients in their initiation and maintenance of new therapy;

providing education, optimizing utilization and establishing adherenceEngages patients at clinically relevant times to deliver impactful clinical pharmacy servicesMaintains department performance levels for quality and productivityPerforms other projects, work, and activities as assigned to ensure continuous service to our patients and clientsThis position may be required to obtain multi-state licensure as necessary for business needYou’ll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.

Required Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or PharmDCurrent unrestricted active pharmacist license in CAPreferred Qualifications : Multi-state pharmacist licensureResidency and / or Board certification*All employees working remotely will be required to adhere to UnitedHealth Group’s Telecommuter PolicyCalifornia, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, Washington, or Washington, D.

C. Residents Only : The salary range for this role is $88,000 to $173,200 annually. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc.
