Our client, a well-known and reputable non-profit, is looking to add a Senior AP Manager to their team. This is an exciting long-term consulting opportunity for a mission-driven organization.
They are looking for someone who can start immediately and has experience in a non-profit environment!
Requirements :
- Recent and strong Procure to Pay experience
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 10 years of experience in AP
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience with foreign wires, conversion rates : initiate, approve and release the wires
Responsibilities :
- Ensure compliance of all AP deadlines and monthly-close process
- Experience guiding financial system implementations in relation to AP and Purchasing
- Manage ACH, checks, and wire payments and corporate credit card reconciliations
- Lead high-performance team in AP, treasury support, and procurement services
- Oversee operations and procedures to recognize weaknesses in the process and recommend policies to improve efficiency of operations
- Monitor team performance including PO matching, invoice and payment processing, and expense auditing
- Manage 1099 annual project end to end
