About The Position
Job Title : Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant Job Specialty : Rehabilitation Therapy - COTA Job Duration : 13 weeks Shift : Monday-Friday, Days Guaranteed Hours : 32 per week Experience : New graduates are welcome;
SNF experience preferred License : State License Verification required Certifications : Certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) Must-Have : Complete prescreen form, resume, and license verification must be attached upon submission- COVID test to be taken 72 hours prior to the start date with results issued 48 hours beforehand Job Description : Ensure the prescreen form is completed and attached upon candidate submission- Submit resume and license verification with application- Collect and submit three professional references- Conduct comprehensive background checks, including : - County criminal check (7 years) - Federal criminal check (7 years or more) - Multi-state criminal search (7 years or more) - Nationwide sex offender search (7 years or more) - HHS / OIG search - GSA search - Social Security Number Trace - SAM search - Washington State background check with fingerprints (facility-run)- Required health screens : - 2-step PPD or Quantiferon, or proof of positive PPD and chest X-rayOnly candidates meeting all credentialing requirements will be considered for the position.
