Award winning design firm is looking for a Project Manager with 7-10 years of experience to lead on hospitality based projects.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate Client Meetings
- Coordinate with all consultants
- Contract Document management and production in Revit
- Zoning and filing paperwork documentation, code review, and research
- Contract Administration : submittals, requests for information, site meetings, and field reports.
- Responsible for managing project task lists
- Specifications production
- Participates in teams for 2-3 simultaneous projects at different phases of development.
Requirements
- MInimum 2 years of professional Revit experience.
- Must be legally allowed to work in the US and have Masters or Bachelors from an accredited program.
- Candidates should be familiar with IBC codes and regulations.
