We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and drive projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead project planning sessions and define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management.
- Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
- Manage relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure effective communication.
- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to senior management.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues to ensure project objectives are met.
- Ensure compliance with project management standards and methodologies.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field; PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in specific industry .
- Strong understanding of project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Asana).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
