- EM position at a 25-bed critical access hospital
- Flexible shift schedule will average 12 shifts per month
- 12-hour shifts for a mix of days and nights; all nights are an option if desired
- Estimated 10k annual patient volume
- EM physicians or IM / FM physicians with EM experience to start in 2024 or early 2025
- Competitive hourly rate for either employed with benefits or a 1099 independent contractor
- 1099 independent contractor commuter option available with a 1-year commitment
- Central North Dakota community is 90 minutes from Grand Forks or 2.5 hours from Fargo
