Data Analyst Position Overview : iTrust Human Capital Management is seeking a highly skilled Data Analysts to join our network for upcoming projects supporting government agencies.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, statistical modeling, and visualization techniques, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities : Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
Utilize visualizations, dashboards, and reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, and custom-built visualization tools to present data effectively.
Develop and maintain interactive data visualizations and dashboards to communicate key operational metrics to senior leaders and stakeholders.
Build applications using Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate tools. Work with Microsoft Azure and cloud environments for data management and analysis.
Analyze technical information and communicate results, issues, risks, and impacts in a simple, concise manner to a diverse audience.
Work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively with team members from diverse backgrounds. Perform data mining to extract meaningful insights from large datasets.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support decision-making processes and drive data-driven strategies across the organization.
Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in a STEM-related field. 3-5+ years of professional experience in data analysis, preferably within the defense or intelligence sectors.
Experience working on projects involving data collection, data cleaning, analysis, and reporting, particularly within the context of defense or intelligence operations.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, and experience with SQL and data manipulation tools like Pandas.
Experience with interactive data visualizations and dashboards or similar tools. Familiarity with Microsoft Azure and cloud environments.
Current CompTIA Data+ or equivalent certification. Current DoD TOP SECRET Security Clearance and SCI eligibility. Additional Requirements : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Ability to work on-site at government agency locations as required.
