Certification in General Education Experience with Autism and Applied Behavior Analysis preferred. Ability to run. Ability to safely assist lifting individuals of various weights & 20 lb items. Clearance through state mandated Background / Fingerprint Check(s). Ability to communicate effectively with others and individuals served. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Complete required QSAC orientation.
- Ensure health, safety & welfare of individuals.
- Conduct formal and informal assessments of educational programs and behavior interventions.
- Supervise Teacher’s Assistants / Aides and participate in the implementation of educational programs and behavior interventions.
- Implement and adhere to IEP / Student Program.
- Supervise and implement completion of program / student documentation.
- Supervise and delegate responsibilities to Teacher’s Assistants / Aides.
- Complete and maintain training requirements.
- Complete required program documentation / certifications (e.g. Employee Medicals, PPD, CPR, etc. as required).
- Interact / communicate with parents, college interns, professionals, and other interested visitors.
- Punctuality and regular attendance is expected.
- Maintain participant / family confidentiality.
- Commitment to company values and adherence to policies.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors and / or senior management.
Hourly Rate - $23.00-$29.00 - Commensurate with level of certification, education, experience and ABA credentials (if applicable).
