Lab Assistant, Temporary, St Charles IL

Clarke is seeking an independent, self-motivated, detail-oriented, safety focused and environmentally conscious individuals to join us for a rewarding lab assistant position at our St. Charles, IL location.

Our lab assistants are responsible for assisting our Product Innovation and Field Sciences team with mosquito insectary maintenance, laboratory research projects and possible field work. This includes the formulation and testing of active ingredients and products on mosquitoes, which are important vectors of disease

This opportunity is a temporary position that will last up to 10 months (or about 1,500 total hours of work)

WORK SCHEDULE AND PAY

• 40 hours per week which includes weekend and holiday work. (work schedule could be Mon - Sat with a day off during the week)
• Field work may require shifting work schedules
• $18 / hour
